"strive as you may, you cannot miss it in your way." -Gethsemane by: Katie Cluff

today as i sat in the church, waiting for the meeting to begin; i began to look back upon the memories of my baptism day. the bad ones, the good ones, and the funny ones. for about two years now, my life has been full of attending farewells for friends; this weekend i really debated whether to goto a good friend of mines farewell, because it is my second week teaching in young women's, and i really didn't want to miss that opportunity. i decided that he had always been kind, and caring towards me, that he would do it for me, so i chose to attend. and you know the very moment you hear one word, and you simply know that heavenly father put you in that place for a reason? that everything being said was a strict message for you alone? well thats how today was. every single word that came out of Mckays mouth was so special to my heart, and Brother Baum who spoke after him. emotions filled my entire body, as every prayer i had said for the past year was being answered. every single sorrow, and every single pain i had ever felt disappeared, as my heart filled my eyes with tears.

not only this wonderful spiritual sabbath day; but when i rushed from the church, to my church, i decided right then and there that as soon as i got to my church, i would go talk to my loving bishop. i raced inside, without hesitation, sat down and talked with him, for only a couple seconds, before he told me that he had some of the same answers and confirmations of what i had told him.

so look beyond every (want) within yourself, kneel, and never doubt the answers and confirmations that come through our Heavenly Father. He has a special plan for each of us, he knows what is and will be the best path for us. and never doubt feelings, thoughts or promptings that you may have. always take those into consideration, because it may just be the Holy Ghost.

and not only that, but look at that gorgeous note my sister wrote me the other day.
